Info on 2010 ASGA Annual Show
At its annual Steel Guitar Show held May, 22, 2010, Lynn Owsley was
inducted into The Alabama Steel Guitar Association’s Hall of Fame.
The ASGA’s Horizon Award has been renamed The Bill Simmons Horizon
Award. This award was won by Gordon Dodson, of Ozark, Al. Gordon
plays a 14 string Excel guitar, with Julian Tharpe’s tuning.

Show will be May, 22, 2010, at The Madison Hotel. Downtown
Montgomery, Alabama. Show will start at 10.00 AM CST and go until
5.00 PM CST. We will have an informal Jam session Friday night the
21st from 5.00pm until 10.00pm. Rooms at The Hotel are $59.00. You
must ask for The Steel Guitar rate, which is $59.00 Address of Hotel

Lunch will be available Noon Saturday and bar will be open for the
